We are passionate about significantly improving the quality of life for our nation's Most Vulnerable Patients (MVPs)—a population that often suffers from multiple chronic conditions, has greater difficulty accessing medical care, is a frequent utilizer of the emergency department and hospital, and requires a higher level of care than a traditional office visit can typically offer.

Misha has worked tirelessly over his 13 year tenure at DaVita to build innovative care models and launch new business lines, including as:

  • Chief Transformation Officer for DaVita Medical Group, responsible for helping medical groups and health systems around the country transition from a traditional volume-based provider system to a value-based population health delivery system
  • President of ABQ Health Partners, a physician-led multi-specialty medical group leading efforts to bring patient-centered population health to the community in New Mexico
  • President of Paladina Health, a start-up primary care business affiliated with DaVita Inc. that grew to more than 10,000 employees and 20 corporate clients during his oversight
  • Group Vice President, responsible for over 120 dialysis facilities in Northern California as well as overseeing DaVita's national strategy, operations, and vendor relationships for Home Dialysis

Prior to joining DaVita in 2005, Misha served at both Merrill Lynch and McKinsey & Company. In addition to earning his B.A. in Human Biology and his MBA from Stanford University, Misha was also a member of the Varsity Tennis Team. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife Amanda and two young boys. When Misha isn't working, he enjoys skiing and doing anything outdoors with his family and rarely misses a Stanford football game

Hank has an MBA from Michigan and played varsity golf at Miami University. He recently moved to Denver with his wife Carly and their three young girls and cannot stop talking about the weather and outdoor activities. He still tries to be somewhat of a competitive golfer and is a passionate Michigan State and frustrated Cleveland sports fan.

She continued to passionately and positively impact our nation's health care, including as:

  • Vice President of Operations for DaVita Inc., leading 19 medical offices and 3 IPA networks serving over 200,000 patients in Southern California
  • Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Population Health division at Accretive Health in Chicago, IL
  • Executive Sponsor of the patient flow initiative which dramatically redesigned the ambulatory medical office to improve the patient experience while simultaneously creating greater efficiency and value for the organization
  • Clinical and technology team leader for the design and implementation of the physician portal, bringing point of care health reminders to physicians and their care teams

Suzanne received her Master's Degree in Health Administration from the University of Southern California and her Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She moved from California to the Twin Cities in 2013 with her husband and two children. Suzanne and her family love spending time outdoors all year round, including camping, biking, fishing and hiking in the summer and skiing/sledding in the winter.

Justin is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries and received Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, and Actuarial Science from Purdue University. He is a fortunate resident of Denver for the past 18 years, where he lives with his wife and three children. He enjoys the amazing activities readily available in CO with his family; including skiing, camping, hiking, fishing, and all the sporting and club events his kids are involved in. Stephen has a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts and received a Bachelor's degree in government and psychology from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. Prior to his legal practice, Stephen held various staff positions in the United States Senate, the most recent as Press Secretary to the United States Senate Committee on Environment & Public Works. Stephen relocated to Denver with his wife, Kerrie, and their two sons where they make great use of Colorado's great outdoors.

After years of competing on the national junior circuit, Melissa played varsity tennis at Dartmouth College. She travels frequently to Denver but currently lives in Westport CT with her husband, three children and English bulldog. She grew up in Washington, DC but has always been an avid New York Giants fan.
